About Our Massage Services

Bert & Nancy practice Integrated Massage Therapy using treatments that address each clients specific needs whether it is for stress and relaxation or pain management and improved mobility. They have experience and training in Swedish, Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, MET (Muscle Energy Techniques) and other modalities of Massage. Geriatrics training from the Day-Break Geriatrics institute and experience working with Elder Clients. They also have training with energy modalities.

Bert's focus is Deep Tissue & Myofascial Release, Pain relief and management for muscle and Joint restrictions, injuries, post surgery myofascial work and Stress Relief for muscular tension.

Nancy's focus is Deep tissue and energy work with a specialty in pre natal / pregnancy Management and Muscular Tension. Geriatrics and Hospice work.
